Job Posting: Customer Support Representative

Let’s Camp is an online marketplace and booking software that connects campers with campgrounds. If you’re a camper, it’s a handy tool to find and book with your favorite campground. If you’re a campground owner, it’s a full reservation system that lets you upload all of your individual site and park info, and then manage all of your bookings.

About the Role

Following a couple recent acquisitions, we’re scaling rapidly across North America. We are in search of a motivated, enthusiastic customer support professional to capitalize on this momentum and help us become the dominant platform in outdoor hospitality software.

Location: Remote (Canada or US) or Hybrid (Saskatoon)

As the Customer Support Representative at Let’s Camp, you will play a key role in the satisfaction and retention of our customers by empowering them to use our software to its full value, and growing their business by providing personalized and trusted support. As the first point of contact for customers via chat, email and phone call, you will serve as a key contributor to the success of Let’s Camp as we continue to foster our vision of being the top online campground booking software in the world.

Initial Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact with Let’s Camp customers via chat, email and phone channels to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve concerns 
  • Assist in onboarding new customers by importing their data and setting up their account
  • Educate customers on product features, including developing training materials and videos that help new customers use Let’s Camp to its fullest potential
  • Proactively track requests and commonly occurring issues, identifying and reporting software bugs to the appropriate teams 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions

 

Your Skillset

  • 1-2 years experience in a technical customer support role (or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly so you can effectively troubleshoot customer issues
  • Resilience and resourcefulness to use the tools at your disposal and find the best approach to solving problems, leveraging strong attention to detail
  • Stay up to date on new features and product releases
  • Curiosity to learn new things and take on new challenges, taking ownership of contact with customers
  • Bonus points if you’ve previously worked with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk

 

Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is CAD $50,000 – CAD $75,000. This range reflects the full growth path for the role, from building core skills, to accomplished performance, through to role mastery. We also offer a great benefits package.
