Getting Started and Set Up

Most campgrounds are fully operational within 1-2 weeks, although it could be as quick as 2 days. Setup includes creating and uploading your site map, configuring pricing and availability, and training your team. Our expert team handles the technical setup while you focus on providing information and preferences.

You’ll need:

  • A physical map or layout of your campground
  • Current pricing and seasonal rates
  • List of amenities and site features (water, electric, sewer, etc.)
  • High-quality photos of your campground and facilities
  • Your current booking policies and rules

Yes! We specialize in converting any format of map and property layouts into interactive digital maps. Simply provide us with your current map or sketch, and we’ll create a professional digital version that shows individual sites and amenities.

No. Let’s Camp integrates with your existing website through booking buttons and links. However, we also offer complete website design and development services if you’d like a fully integrated solution that showcases your campground beautifully.

No problem! Many of our campgrounds started without websites. We can create a professional, user-friendly website for you that includes your booking buttons, images and video galleries, showcases your amenities, and helps campers find you online.

Pricing & Costs

Let’s Camp charges a small booking fee on each reservation based on the accommodation total:

  • $3 – Accommodation total under $100
  • $5 – Accommodation total $100-$999
  • $10 – Accommodation total $1000+

All plans include unlimited bookings, customer support, and regular feature updates. Learn more on our pricing page.

There are no set up fees or hidden fees – our transparent pricing includes your Let’s Camp account creation and setup, support, and all core features.

No commission fees! Unlike other marketplaces, Let’s Camp does not charge a percentage of booking volume generated through reservations on our marketplace.

We use Stripe for credit card processing. We currently offer a competitive 2.8% flat rate for all credit card processing on our platform.

Let’s Camp has also integrated Stripe terminals that allow you to take in person payments of any type of card including debit and credit cards.

Of course! Let’s Camp handles your online reservations while you continue accepting cash, checks, or card payments for walk-in customers through your existing point-of-sale system.

Cancel anytime, no penalties. We even help you export your data.

Features & Functionality

Absolutely! That’s one of our biggest benefits. After booking guests have access to their bookings so they can edit or cancel on their own. These features save campgrounds hundreds of hours a year from reduced phone calls to make changes or cancel.

Yes! You have full control over site availability. You can easily block individual sites or entire sections for maintenance, group events, or any other reason through your dashboard.

Of course. You can set up online booking for campsites, cabins or other lodging, rental RVs, marina slips, parking stalls, and other buildings. We make it simple for you to assign a type of rental and add this to your interactive map. 

Absolutely. Let’s Camp supports complex seasonal pricing, weekend premiums, holiday rates, and any other pricing structure you need. You can set prices months in advance and the system handles everything automatically.

Yes. Let’s Camp has a built-in tool to help you create and manage sales outside of bookings. You can pair this with our Stripe terminals for taking in-person credit or debit card payments to streamline your process.

Let’s Camp handles seasonal contracts, monthly rentals, and long-term stays. You can set up recurring billing and manage seasonal customer information separately from transient bookings.

Management & Operations

Yes! You can create multiple user accounts with different permission levels. Front desk staff can handle check-ins and view reservations, while managers have full access to pricing and system settings.

Let’s Camp provides comprehensive reporting including:

  • Occupancy and revenue reports

Absolutely. You own your customer data and can export contact lists, booking histories, and other information in standard Excel format for your own marketing or record-keeping needs.

Yes! We provide comprehensive training during setup, training videos for new staff, and ongoing support throughout your partnership with us. Our team understands the campground industry and is always available to help.

Customer Experience

Absolutely! We’ve designed Let’s Camp to be intuitive for all ages. The booking process is similar to booking a hotel room online. Plus, customers who need help can still call you directly.

Customers receive immediate email confirmations with all their booking details. If they have issues, they can contact you directly or use our customer support resources. Most problems are resolved quickly through our user-friendly support site.

Yes! Your interactive map can include photos of your sites. This helps customers choose the perfect spot and reduces requests for site changes.
