Online Marketplace
Let’s Camp
Campgrounds that sign up with Let’s Camp get their campground listed for free in our online marketplace. This helps your campground get found by over 10 000 campers per week during the camping season. What’s more, campers can easily find information, view photos and book at your campground all at no cost to you. That’s right, it’s free advertising for your campground without you lifting a finger.

CampSpot
CampSpot offers an online marketplace but takes an additional cut of accommodation fees for bookings made through it.
Bonfire
They do not offer a marketplace.
ResNexus
No. They do integrate with many OTAs (Online travel agencies) which often take a percentage of bookings.
Camplife
Yes, although campgrounds can modify the look of the page often leading to poor user experience.
Aspira
Uses both Reserve America a listing site for many campgrounds and Book Your Site where campers can book. When making a booking campers are greeted with a large pop up of terms and conditions.
Camp Reservations Canada
User interface can be somewhat cumbersome to use and not all campgrounds have maps to choose sites from.
Pricing Structure & Fees
Let’s Camp
Let’s Camp is free for campground owners to use. Instead of charging campground owners we add a small transaction fee to each camper booking. This is similar to many other businesses such as Ticketmaster, Air BnB and more.
Accommodation fees are automatically deposited in your bank account when bookings are made. No waiting for payouts at the end of the month.

CampSpot
CampSpot adds a booking fee to the campers booking and takes a percentage of booking fees made through their online marketplace. They also have various premium features for additional cost.
Bonfire
They charge a yearly fee with no long term contracts. Their prices range from $1500 to $4500 per year depending on the preferred tier.
ResNexus
Although they don’t have specifics on how much their system costs they do guarantee that they will match your current software. They also have a variety of add ons available for a monthly fee.
Camplife
Camplife has three tiers of pricing starting at $99/month, $249/month and an undisclosed amount. They also charge $3.50 per reservation made online.
Aspira
No information could be found about their pricing online.
Camp Reservations Canada
They are free for campground to use but charge $5 per booking to campers.
Customer Support
Let’s Camp
When signing up for Let’s Camp, we’ll take you through getting your campground up and running step by step.
Then, if you ever need a hand, Let’s Camp has a local team of support and developers based in North America. This means you’ll get quick answers to your questions through phone or email. What’s more, we have a full suite of support videos for on-demand viewing. All of these resources are free for you to use. We know some software charges extra for priority support. Our system is so easy to use that it wouldn’t make sense for us to charge for support.

CampSpot
Has multiple ways to contact them, support tickets, email and phone.
Bonfire
Service line is provided on their website.
ResNexus
Provided a single point of contact and an after hours emergency line.
Camplife
Provides support most days of the week except from Friday at sundown to Saturday at sundown as per their religious affiliations.
Aspira
No information could be found about their support online.
Camp Reservations Canada
Online support form.
User Friendly for Campers
Let’s Camp
Let’s Camp allows campgrounds to show photos of their campground and use an interactive map for booking with individual site photos.
At each step of our development, we interview campers to ensure our platform is intuitive and helps campers book their trip easier and faster.

CampSpot
Offers an interactive map but no individual site photos.
Bonfire
They don’t offer an online marketplace and we have yet to find any campgrounds using them to see their booking interface.
ResNexus
Doesn’t have an interactive map. Depending on how the campground configures the platform campers may not even get to choose their specific site.
Camplife
Has an interactive map and site photos. However campgrounds have too much control over the look and feel of their landing pages leading to a hard too use experience and inconsistencies in their marketplace.
Aspira
On their marketplace, bookyoursite.com, they list all campgrounds, not just ones using the platform. Then when you go to book a large popup is presented with terms and conditions interrupting the booking flow. Interactive maps are available but they do not have photos of each site.
Camp Reservations Canada
User interface can be somewhat cumbersome to use and not all campgrounds have maps to choose sites from.
